Guy van BlankensteinOwner/DirectorGuy has owned Trundlewood Property Management since 2003, deciding to manage his own business after previously holding management positions in a major high street bank and large department store retailer. Guy has expanded and developed the business over the past 16 years and gained valuable knowledge of the local lettings market in Plymouth. He has built up a team of local qualified tradesman to assist with the property management side of the business. |

Terry CookeDirectorTerry joined Trundlewood in 2008 after previously holding management positions in the local hospitality industry. He joined to assist in the growth of the management portfolio and has extensive local knowledge. He is a qualified Energy Assessor and compiles all Energy Performance Certificates for the business and manages all the marketing on the top property websites. |
